Northlake mall & Town Center at Cobb to Serve as
American Red Cross Blood donation Sites
WHAT: Be a part of a great cause . Donate blood!
Throughout the summer, Northlake Mall will open its doors to the community as a host site for American Red Cross Blood Drives. Donors may visit the malls during select weekends in August, and September to participate.
Need a reason to participate? Take a look at the following statistics courtesy of the American Red Cross:
· Someone needs blood every two seconds in the U.S.
· Just one pint of blood can save up to three lives!
· Type O is the most requested by hospitals.
· Approximately 60% of the U.S. population is eligible to donate - yet only 5% actually do!
WHEN: Saturday, August 18 - Monday, August 20
Friday, September 1 - Sunday, September 3
All blood drives take place from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
