Hubby and I are working on our house, preparing to sell by spring. We have several projects which are over our heads, or we don't have the proper equipment. We'd like to try to do one per month... if you are the right person, you'd be who we'd use for each project. Please be able to provide references, as well as let us know if you are not able to do certain handywork.

Examples of work needed:

ceiling work (including stipling), gutter cleaning, pressure washing, general carpentry (i.e eves of the house).

Ideally, we'd like to know your handywork background, and then show you the things which we need done, so we can get pricing. Unfortunately, we don't know of any good handy folks in the area.... help! THANKS!
