We’d like to talk to you if you have:



• Juris Degree and undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field;

• USPTO registration and member of Georgia Bar;

• Background and Experience in all aspects of patent practice, with emphasis on identifying patentable subject matter and prosecuting application;

• 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibility.

• Confidence to influence decision making processes;

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills;

• Strong understanding of software business processes;

• Interest in Internet technologies and open source licensing;

• Experience writing, filing and seeing patent claims through to conclusion;

• Some experience with Trademark and Copyright.
