Company is Decatur seeking a consultant for fiscal planning.



We want to measure returns on our IT investments. Candidate must be able to identify and analyze data on current and past IT projects, current budget and past expenditures, current and planned technology capabilities and resources, and past help desk tickets /work orders trends to aid in the development of the following deliverables; (1) updated Information Technology Strategic Plan, (2)(assist CIO with preparation of Executive Manager and Director briefing material for IT initiatives. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill, must have at least 2 years work experience in areas discussed in previous paragraph, and it is preferred the candidate have a MBA in Finance, Information Technology or MS in Computer Science. Candidate should be an expert user of various software productivity tools such as Microsoft EXCEL, VISIO, WORD, write SQL Server queries, and Powerpoint.
