QA Tester

Required Skills:-

*Experience with the Rational and ClearQuest

*Experience w/Client/Server testing

*Experience developing comprehensive test plans

*Strong development background with proprietary and/or COTS applications

*Ability to work on multiple projects

*Attention to details

*Great communication and documentation skills

*Experience evaluating systems, products and preparing documentation and recommendation of multiple systems

Desired Skills:-

*Familiar with MS Visual Test Studio

*Knowledge and experience conducting performances testing

*Experience with various performance testing tools and techniques in addition to functional testing is strongly desired

*Experience working in a government environment is a plus
