Industry leading biotechnology firm has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to provide contract and pricing support as well as customer service on behalf of the sales team. This position will require the candidate to Develope and maintain scientific and technical expertise in the general area of electrophoresis, so candidates MUST HAVE hands on laboratory experience through past positions or through post-high school academic life-science study.



GENERAL FUNCTION:

The primary responsibilities of the Contract Coordinator are to establish pricing for customers throughout the nation based on the guidelines established by the Sales Administration Manager and to prepare the documentation for establishing a contractual obligation between the customer and Sebia. Works closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Administration Manager, Regional Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers.



REPORTING FUNCTION:

This position reports to the Sales Administration Manager.



ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The essential function(s) of the Contract Co-Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:



Operational:

1. Prepare quotes as required from Regional Account Executives, Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers.

2. Prepare contracts, addenda, and clauses as required.

3. Explaining quotes and contracts to Sebia employees and customers.

4. Maintain “Sent Quotes” file.

5. Following up on PO issues for capital purchase of equipment.

6. Work with the Territory Managers and potential customers to resolve issues that may delay the close.

7. Updating CRM for contract information.

8. Maintain “Close Reporting Sheet”.

9. Maintain and update contract folders for new and current customers.

10. Enter new accounts into Sentai.

11. Keep pricing in Sentai for customers current.

12. Following up with contracts once at customer purchasing department.

13. Maintain and improve all quote templates, contracts, terms & conditions documentation, clauses, and standardized letters.

14. Miscellaneous projects as required by Director of Sales and Sales Administration Manager.



To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of previous sales support, pricing, quote generation and customer service experience. Salary range is $30,000-$32,000 annually with guaranteed 10% bonus paid quarterly.
