Schematic, one of the nation's largest interactive client services agencies, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing Atlanta team. Schematic provides both design and technology solutions for a variety of platforms such as the PC, mobile and television. We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, work equally well both independently and as part of a larger team, and enjoy keeping pace with emerging technologies. Requirements:



 Projects a professional and polished image.

 Superb phone skills. Efficiently handles central telephone switchboard.

 Managing conference rooms including scheduling, daily cleanliness, and supplies.

 Maintain all kitchen supplies, including taking food requests, placing orders, putting items away, and keeping kitchen stocked.

 Maintain office supplies, including taking requests, ordering, stocking, and distributing.

 On-line research of office furniture (pricing, etc.) and services.

 Sort incoming mail and coordinate shipping and courier services as needed, including creating labels and acting as liaison for DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.

 Back-up support for Travel Coordinator, assisting with scheduling employee travel.

 Maintain company phone list and contact information.

 Valid driver’s license required for running occasional off-site errands.

 May need to assist with moving and assembling light furniture.

 Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.



Over time, for the right candidate this receptionist role may grow into a broader Office Manager role. At this stage, these additional duties would be required:



 Vendor management (finding best suppliers and deals for products and services).

 Handle issues related to building property management, repairs, and maintenance.

 Approve office-related invoices and reconcile accounts.

 Manage space planning, seating arrangements, and moves.

 Coordinate with HR on new hire orientations, employee paperwork, payroll, tracking of attendance, and vacations.

 Prepare for new hires; ensuring there is appropriate space available, that the space is clean and ready. Liaison with IT on office set-up for new hires including computers, phones and phone extensions, etc.

 Facilitation of office social events.

 Other administrative duties as required.
