Experienced Showhome Managers Seeking Housing Arrangement



Attention builders, homeowners, and Realtors. We’re a professional home-office based couple that are very experienced Showhome Resident Managers. Our activities within our home office are limited solely to computer related work and the use of the Internet to submit online reports. We are non-smokers and empty nesters, but do have a small female cat (that is spayed). Our minimal needs would be a 3BR, 2-1/2 Bath home, but we have sufficient furnishings to fill up to a 5BR home, along with the DR & LR, etc. Specifically we are seeking available housing that may exist across north metro Atlanta, north of I-285, ranging from the Marietta area (and up I-75) northerly, to the general vicinity of Woodstock, then across north Fulton County towards Roswell & Alpharetta, and southward along the Hwy 400 corridor to Dunwoody & Sandy Springs.



We are seeking a possible arrangement that would allow all parties the mutual flexibility they may be seeking. As experienced Showhome Managers we are accustomed to keeping our home in squeaky clean, well-maintained condition and subject to periodic showing by Realtors. We are open to entering into a traditional leasing arrangement if that’s what you’re seeking, or serve as RMs to facilitate the future potential sale of an executive or upscale home that is listed for sale. Should you have a possible need or desire to consider utilizing a Resident Manager or some other form of interim caretaker for an existing available home, we would be happy to discuss a mutually agreeable fee structure, or an arrangement that would be to everyone’s mutual benefit.
