We have an excellent opportunity for a Fundraising Director-Gala in our Richmond, VA office.
We are seeking candidates to guide the success of our social event in Richmond. Come join our high performance team of sales, volunteer management and fundraising professionals.
Duties include focusing on corporate giving and auction development while maximizing all opportunities required to reach the Richmond Gala fundraising goal. Additionally, identifying and securing high level volunteers, managing committees, and event logistics are key.
Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience plus 2-4 years of strong and proven experience in results oriented fundraising or sales. Demonstrated experience with Volunteer Management is helpful. You also must enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.
