This position is for local applicants only for now.

I am looking for a telesales person to call business to let them know what we do. No heavy selling involved. Should be comfortable on the phone.

I will also need assistance with database, keeping up with mail outs, emails, and marketing from time-to-time.

You will be given scripts for each market segment.

Organization is key in this position.

Will need to have writing skills to do blogs, articles, or posts from time to time.

This a telecommuting position. Will need a computer, high speed internet, separate phone line, fax, copier, scanner, and a quiet place to work.

Future responsibilites will be to train a rep in each state that we move to. No travel needed.

The industry is real estate, no realtors or current real estate professionals.

This is a 30-day part-time trail for this position. We will meet in the Perimeter area from time to time.
