I am a medical professional looking for a house to rent in the Eastside High School district. I am looking for something that has been kept up and is not in a low end neighborhood. I am a single mom and need to be in a neighborhood that is safe for my teenage daughter and I. I would possibly be interested in a rent to own or a lease purchase if the downpayment is reasonable low.

I am looking for rent no higher than $975 per month.
