Summary of Job: Entry level position working with proprietary automated back-end systems and front-end interfaces supporting day-to-day business operations. A highly interactive role with the business systems team working to resolve operational issues and meet current deadlines for SLA¡¦s and projects. Communicates with business community to gather and refine requirements for solving outstanding issues. Works closely with team leads to follow software coding standards.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works on issues that come from the provisioning systems, financial systems and the proprietary CRM. Performs daily monitoring duties of the reporting systems and automated back-end process. Interacts with the product catalog modifying and creating promotions, products and prices.
