Directed the activities of 10 outbound telesales representatives. Responsible for all telephone sales, database management and telesales training for this digital TV company, subsidiary of a multibillion dollar company. Reported to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Developed and managed a telesales department that exceeded sales goals by 25% of projected daily and monthly goals for the first year.
Telesales department produced the highest number of daily sales within the Bellsouth Entertainment channel.

Responsible for the hiring, training and managing of Inside Sales Representatives. Directed the prospect qualification of a new bundled product from 3 vendors for the largest software company in the world. Reported to Project Manager and VP of Sales.
Developed a 3 tier qualification method for a new product that sold for $650,000 a bundle.
Qualified 62 organizations within 8 months for a product that was unknown in the industry.
Project team sold 3 bundled packages within 11 months of start up.
