Contract Administrator/ Analyst

Responsibilities include:
• Creating, maintaining and updating the contract database system.
• Assisting the legal department in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
• Reviewing the contract terms and conditions to ensure that they comply with company standards, governmental regulations and customer requirements.
• Interface with the legal team and resolve contractual issues.
• Monitor the performance and suggest amendments as and when required.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years experience as a contract administrator
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Prior experience in a law firm
