Litigation Support Specialist/Database Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Responding to discovery requests, preparing and loading case related documents into the litigation database management system.
• Analyzing, reviewing, indexing, summarizing and updating documents in the database.
• Includes needs analysis, presentations and visuals, database loading/exporting, document review status assignments and reporting, training and support for the various litigation software tools, documentation, quality control activities and vendor interactions.
• Conducting legal research using Westlaw and other research tools.
• Updating cases in the database.
Requirements:
• An undergraduate degree and an ABA approved paralegal certificate.
• 5 -7 years of litigation experience.
• Knowledge of litigation support software tools including but not limited to Concordance, Summation, and Introspect, IPRO and LiveNote.
• Prior work experience with electronic discovery with reference to the modern litigation practice.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, E-Discovery concepts, best practices and tools, trial presentations (Sanction or Trial Director) and creation of graphics.
• Excellent people and problem solving skills.
