Technology Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Developing litigation discovery database systems for the purpose of document research and review.
• Advanced trouble shooting and data manipulation.
• Interfacing with the litigation team by providing end-user support in the use and function of litigation support software programs including but not limited to Concordance, Summation, and Introspect.
• Implementing a company-wide electronic document management system.
• Acting as a critical team member for internal teams.


Requirements:
• 4-year degree in a technology related major.
• 5-7 years of experience in the litigation support industry.
• Paralegal certification or other related legal certifications strongly preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience with software applications including but not limited to Concordance, Summation, and Introspect.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2003 and C# with SharePoint implementation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Visio.
• Excellent problem solving skills and customer relationship management
