Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities:
• Review financial and accounting data-processing activities
• Assist with preparation and presenting of organized account reconciliations
• Assist with accounting analysis and benchmarking reports
• Assist with fine tuning the accounting processes, if required by the customer
• Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements
• Manage the timing and accuracy of G/L entries to assigned accounts
• Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
• Apply general accounting principles in the analysis of financial information

Requirements:
• CA/CPA/MBA
• 6-8 years of strong experience in Business Analysis and Accounting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good MS-Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven mentorship capability.
• Leadership capability in building, developing & managing customer focused teams.
