GLEDR VISITS HOPEWELL MIDDLE SCHOOL

On January 27th, 2009 GLEDR visited HOPEWELL Middle School in Milton, Georgia. GLEDR spoke to the SSO-Students Serving Others club about the importance of community involvement and the importance of being prepared for the unthinkable. In 2008, the SSO club helped raise over $300. This money helped families affected by Hurricane IKE. GLEDR handed out awards to the students and staff members who were involved with this fundraiser. GLEDR would like to say THANK YOU to HOPEWELL Middle School and the students and staff members who were involved and hope that more students, staff members and even parents from all over the U.S. follow in their footsteps.
